Residence:  We completely removed all the decking and railing.  It was reconstructed with 2x6 cedar and Deckorators rail system.

Residence:  We removed the railing and existing decking.  Constructed the screen porch, the floor inside is 12X12 ceramic tile and the walls and ceiling are finished in fir and rough saw cedar to match the exiting house.
